Hi Guys. I bought this T as Haplopelma Minax. Any thoughts please? The first photo was taken in bright sunlight. The second from my cellphone at night with a weak flash.
yeah I think that is a lividum as well the blue is kind of a give away while a minax is suppose to be black. all haplopelma are kept the same. they love to burrow so splenty of substrate and keep it on the humid side, but it doesn't need to be swamp.
I have had 3 different views on the identity of the spider: Minax, Lividum DCF, Longipes. I am waiting for the next molt to measure legs I and IV to establish the ratio. This should be more reliable than coloration.
