Lolanthe,
Phormictopus Dominican purple saf checking out the new water dish I made her, as you can see she's buried her old one but the dirt she pushed up against it is her new burrow entrance so it will stay there.....for now
She's turned into such a sweet girl since this last moult, I must say she's been growing on me more n more .
Thank you I make them myself . I couldn't find ones I liked so after getting some resin to make Christmas baubles for my son I had the bright idea of making my own water dishes, they are all glittery but this one was an experiment with glitter, some mother of pearl , and some gold leaf I had from other projects.
The resin cost £20 (need to make sure its food grade,) the mould £7 for a set of 2 and I made 10 dishes and alot of Christmas decs out of it. I could of probably made 20/25 dishes if I hadn't made decs, bargain in my eyes. They do take a little patience though, it takes 24 hours to set and a week to fully harden.
I waited 2 months before using them though because as it sets it gives off fumes and i wanted to be super sure there wasn't going to be any fumes in with my babys. T safety first n all that .
Should give them a go every viv should have custom glittery water dishes .
