Smithi or hamori?
B. hamorii. That said, it would help to confirm if we could see a close up pic of the trochanters and chelicerae.

Maybe brightness wasn't the right word, all 4 of my smithi have luminous orange on the legs almost day glow but my hamorii has a creamy orange it isn't anywhere near as vivid no matter where they are but your right it's not an exact science just something I noticed in mine.
 
I would say this is a difficult one. Carapace looks smithi, legs look hamori but lack the slim triangle of black at top of knees which is indicative of a hamori. I'm going to go with Smithi
