You're right, they're little! Female on both of them seems reasonable to me, too. Did this one just molt or does it usually have glow in the dark fangs? Lol

They are a trippy spider. Structurally they are more like some true spiders than tarantulas. It’s so wierd. Like the abdomen looks small in the photo, but that only because a solid 60% of its mass is on the other side.
