Wouldn't be able to tell for sure without looking at a moult but I would say Nicaraguan as a guess, they are the most common out of the 3 albopilosus morphs/locals. Hard to come across a pure Honduran due to hobby cross breeding and even more rare to find the Ometepe local as they were only discovered recently . I hope that helps
Just as a side note I keep all 3 locals and I can't tell them apart, my Ometepe (3 inch male) and Honduran (3 inch female) look identical in size and colour , and my Nicaraguan (2 inch female) is only slightly darker in colour to the other 2, time will tell if there are any visual differences .
