These are very tricky to sex ventrally. Looks female, but that could change when it slims down a bit. Waiting for the next molt is your best bet to get an accurate gender.
On a side note, it looks like you could stand to feed them a little less. Both this versi and the T. vagans you posted pictures of are rather overweight.
