Unknown Tiger?

Sold to me as some sort of tiger, doesn't kick hairs, and is semi-aggresive. those are water drops in the pic.
Looks like a Haplopelma vonworthi to me. Common name, I believe, is Vietnamese tiger.

Hi,

It could be Haplopelma minax as well - but you should examine the exuviae and check both the leg relation and the stridulation organ.
It may help you to determine the species.

Cheers,
Tomasz

P.S. Asian spiders don't kick hairs.

P.P.S. Haplopelma vonwirthi - not vonworthi/Vonworthi... ;-)

hi,
just wondering y the abdomen is so small? does this means its dehydrated? or means its a male?
Cant determine sex by the size of the abdomen but it looks like a male seemani by the color of the spinnerets. but i could be wrong, it could of recently molted and needs to be feed and watered. a severly dehydrated tarantlua will start to curl its body. my guessing it will plump up after it eats ...
