I had to setup a new account as I lost my original login details I got a new phone, it was all saved on my old phone and I just gave up trying to retrieve it. Country I put England as not everyone knows where Jersey is, it's a British territory in the English channel.

No worries, I just got really confused! There are trolls online everywhere these days so I just wanted to check you were legit! Hope you understand
I too couldn’t remember my password to AB. I emailed them and Debby sorted it out for me very quickly. She had my account back up and running in no time!

When I tried the password reset it said to follow the instructions in the email, but I received no email, tried it again, and checked spam and junk still nothing

Not sure why the password reset email didn’t work, you oughta let them know in case there is a problem they need to resolve.
When my device broke, I lost access to my email as I’d forgot that password too So I couldn’t request the password reset. If you scroll all the way down there’s a Contact Us link you can click on, which is what I used to get hold of them. I’m glad I didn’t lose my account here, it was bad enough losing my email abd 100’s of photos
