This will really depend on the size.How big is it?
I had a similar shape with my pulchra when she was around 1.5-2 inches. Seemingly has some kind of a flap,but it was flat like this and had no resemblance to the flap of a pulchra,so i assumed male.
I then decided to play with it a few months later and unrolled a spermatheca.
And the very next molt showed a very clear spermatheca from the start without the need of unrolling it.
So i will assume this would be female just because there is a structure,but to make sure,try to play with it and unroll two horn shapes within that folded structure.
