3 inch DLS, bought as Brachypelma hamorri
My guess ? A hamorii in need of a molt. Boehmei would have a much more pronounced red tone running from the patella to the tarsus.
 
I've never seen this brown in a brachypelma before ... But I haven't seen everything yet ;-)
 
According to the shop the spider moulted about 8 weeks ago so I would have thought it would still be a while to the next moult. I will certainly post again when it happens.

I'm personally not convinced it's a hamorii, but maybe it's not a boehmi either; i have a hamorii the same size and she very much has the distinct coloration you'd expect

It would be great if you could keep us up to date with this spider; I think this will be interesting.
