New sling for my birthday. Family member ordered it through a pet store. Suppose to be a "Mexican Red Knee", B. Smithi. Shipping and billing information only said Mexican Red Knee. It has molted since being home, more color now. I'm thinking B. Hamorii or B. Emilia definitely not B. Smithi.
Way too small to properly ID this specimen. I suggest giving it some time to grow, so the adult coloration can show more for a proper ID. At the moment, the best most people can do is guess.

Looks like Brachypelma emilia to me.
They don't have color on their patella (knees), which it's mostly black and the orange is usually on the tibia of their legs. Hard to accurately guess what it is at the current size.
