Brachypelma klaasi (AF)

Just been discussing Brachypelma species with @Charliemum and @Smotzer where I secretly admitted to B klaasi probably being my fave brachy. This is why.
@Jess S remember her?
Stunning looking T! It just poppoed in my head now thhat I think of it,that I dont think I see B. klaasi with the same occurance as others in the genus! I think possibly they are a little underrated!

That are a bit more 'subtle'...if that makes sense.

Is it me or does it look like a Brachypelma had a baby with a Rosie ? They have that same pink that's not pink of a Rosie and the shape of a Brachypelma I may have to look for one what's the temperament like on them ?

Yeah I can see what you mean. They are like any brachy really. Will flick whenever they feel like it although this one hardly does and is a darling.

Haha should have known brachypelmas gotta flick lol they are beautiful and definitely have that floof factor that I like in a t 😊

I get that, especially for some severly colorblind :troll:

I wish you were in the US so I could pin some of yours for you one day, I just did a B. albiceps that looks fantastic.
The B albiceps are stunning too (I think I have a picture of one of mine up in the gallery?)

Complete opposite to subtle klaasi as they are in your face total contrasts. Ha ha.

Interestingly, albiceps is the one species that stayed under Brachypelma that didn't have a "red leg" of some description as all the other "red rump" Brachypelma species were reclassified to Tliltocatl. 🤔

I was looking at albiceps very pretty but there is definitely something more I like about the klassi plus I can't resist anything pink , that's why my hairs pink lmao
