My GBB finally molted again! It was about 4 inches diagonal when it molted. She ALWAYS shreds her molts, but I think this is what I'm after? Female? Sorry, I'm a complete noob here.

Yes, this is a female. The sclerotized (darkened) spermathecae implies she's mature and capable of breeding as well, if that's your plan for her.
