At this point, I think it's too small to ventral sex. It's much more accurate when they're at least 2-2.5in diagonal leg span. At this point I'm leaning female, but when they're this young it's very difficult to tell for sure. Try to snag an intact molt if possible, or post here again when it's a little larger.
