She's six inches
Size doesn't mean female. He's lost his abdominal patterning, is incredibly lanky/fluffy, and the ends of his pedipalps have lost the final segment and become clubbed, which only happens in a mature male. If you look at his palps from underneath, I'll bet you you're going to see the red bulbs of his emboli.

I do see some red on his palps from a ventral view now that I re-examine the photos.

If you want, you can post the ventral picture to get confirmation without a shadow of a doubt, but just based on this photo I'd be willing to bet my own adult female that you have a very massive and fluffy boy there.
