Aww Trapdoor slings
I'm losing my mind from cuteness overload here and trying my hardest not to flood the gallery.
Golden Trapdoor spiderlings are my weakness - Euoplos Variabilis
Maybe one day, if they eat all their vitamins, they can grow up to be like the big girl that I got from you last year. She's massive and still going well.

Hmm, this is interesting. I ended selling a heap of stuff before we moved, just a guess: Were you the Dave that came to the Mudgeeraba house with your son and you guys knew all the bird calls? Or the Dave that came back like 5 times to buy more and more scorpions?

No. The Dave in Campbelltown Nsw. You sent me a very large variabilis, a turrificus, ands a Cataxia sp.

Oh wow, awesome stuff. Glad to hear she is doing well, I admit they aren't the most exciting spider to keep but for me they are just so darn impressive.
I've got a rehouse coming up with a few soon, good time to get some pics.
How's the Cataxia and E.turrificus doing?

My E. variabilis has burrowed next to her container edge so I can see her any time I wish. The E. turrificus has just locked her lid down this week. I wonder if she's about to moult. I wonder if she'll hurl her skin out of her turret like she does her substrate and leftovers spitballs. The Cataxia took a good two months to settle down and burrow herself, again against the container edge, she would not use my manufactured burrow. All are eating well.
