I believe this MM is a A. juruensis, but I'm not 100% sure. Either way it looks beautiful. Hopefully he can provide his services to someone with the need.
Underside is preferred, but the tarsi of the pedipalps appear to be modified as they would in a mature male. Normally Avicularia will have the pink claw tufts (their 'toes') on their palps as well, and these are no longer visible when the tarsus is modified to support the palpal bulb. I don't see them here.
 
You don’t definitely know the species. Do not breed it! Doing so is extremely irresponsible, unethical, hurts the hobby! No need for FrankenTs.
