Spiny leaf insects, (extactosoma).
The first male I pulled out for a picture flew away and I had to get the extension ladder to retrieve him lol.
Eurasian/Himalayan blackberry is a nice evergreen browse if it's in your area. It's invasive, and prolific; one of the few things it's good for. I've seen them munch on fallen oak leaves as well, but I doubt you can make a whole diet out of those.
 
@MasterOogway is right, leaf changes for several hundred in multiple enclosures once or twice a week is heck a lot of work, especially when they are tiny.
