You cannot sex T.'s dorsally with the exception of the P. ornata. Your only two ways to sex this specimen is either through ventral sexing or a molt. If it's a male, then it could possibly be pen-ultimate male at 4''.
@Kyle Lindsay Juvenile males and females have similar body proportions. Males don't attain their signature "leggy" appearance until they mature, at which point they will have obvious palpal bulbs.
