@MrGhostMantis -- what are you seeing in this photo that looks like spermatheca or the uterus externus? I'm not seeing it, especially after comparing to reference photos for the species.

@andy1997 -- I would confirm with subsequent moults as the spider grows.

I see two little protruding "bumps" from the flap that resemble spermatheca.

Looks male to me. And those little bumps are male accessory organs IMO.

If he is male, you may also already be able to see the dark patch that develops above the epigastric furrow.
