My female has a very similar ventral and for a long time I thought she was male due to that light spot along the center of the furrow. So from this I still believe yours to be female if you got it from a trustworthy source, just check her next molt to confirm 100%.

This is my molt-sexed female just after molting, you can see the exact same spot on her that you see on yours. So I'd say there's a good chance she is indeed female, try not to get too worried.
