@Ftang5 Mark newtown would disagree i have also shown several other keepers this post & have all said Marmeous could have a sub genius but its lychas armatus etc not Marm armrtus some of thes epeopel have been keeping year & mark newtown wrote the top books in australia so he know what he is on about marm is a specific species
These are in the Lychas marmoreus species group, Ftang5 is correct. where were these collected? Mark is great, but often wrong. Lychas spinatus and armatus are in the variatus group, for example and Lychas buchari is in the annulatus complex, which has a few undescribed lychas and Hemilychas alexandrinus in it.
righto mate.... righto ill just leave you to do well .. "you" things, i didnt claim to be an expert i just have been keeping scorpions since i was 14. also yes every single as you said lychas "species" i listed is actually a morph of marm, for the sake of not having to type marmoreus constantly i left it out their full names, which are are: lychas marmoreus bestii, lychas marmoreus pallidus, lychas marmoreus armatus and lychas marmoreus nigriscens. happy now? i have written their full names. if you think the above are seperate species from marm then you need a new expert.
Small correction, It's Lychas spinatus susbsp besti (syn variatus) Lychas spinatus subsp. pallidus (syn variatus) Lychas armatus (syn variatus) and L. M. nigrescens is correct they are synonymised with variatus for now but seperate species.
