Hard shadows, awesome subject though. Invest a few into a studio light or drop it with natty sunlight. Also that substrate and obstacle look like they are part of a kick ass display. Why not shoot displaying more of the enclosure you put time into for them?
@MrGhostMantis I highly suggest that you try and keep some for yourself. I used to be freaked out by them but now they are anything but pests to me. Hissers in my opinion are perfect since they're larger, slower, and more common and cheaper than blaberids. Also, once you get used to those, you can also start keeping other species like red runners, dubias, and lobsters as feeders. I got a colony of red runners and now I never have to go the pet store for crickets again.
