I would vote male, maybe very hard to see spinerette above the gastric furrow it’s at base of the dirt spiders right side of furrow
 
I think that this specimen looks female. Nice spacing between book lungs and the appearance of "lips" at the epigastric furrow. Probably best to wait for another molt, though, as this one looks pretty tiny.
