Encyocratella olivacea
One of my african favorites (but not THE FAVORITE, that would be Heteroscodra maculata). This one is a juvenile, with good chances of being a female.
Such an awesome species. I'd love to keep one one day, but I hear they are horridly defensive. What's been your experience with them?

@Arthroverts, to be honest, they are as defensive as an OBT if they feel cornered, but I have observed that they prefer to run away rather than standing their ground, whereas most of the OBTs that I have cared for go berserk as soon as you slightly open their terrarium.
 
gorgeous specimen, they get a lot darker when adults

one of my very favourites as well, i had an honor to successfully breed my female, my first theraphosid breeding ever
