@RezonantVoid, In my area, both this species and Stanwellia hoggi, can be found in close proximity. I normally find them lifting rocks inside long tubed webs. Generally in river or creek gullies in similar conditions to funnel-webs. There are probably others but they're the only wild Nemesiids that I have seen.
@Dave1969 my absolute dream from this family is X.Rubifrons or even better, Magnificus. Even seeing one in the wild for a few minutes, I could die happy. I better keep looking lol
@Dave1969 Ive cared for a Xamiatus Ilarra male before, he was jet black and all glittery. Probably the biggest non tarantula legspan Ive seen, he was 110mm DLS. And to think that X.Magnificus grows even bigger...
@MrGhostMantis there's not a single photo of them online, that's how rare they are. Ther s a handful of Rubifrons though, and I know where to find them as well
