I agree with Vince, B.albiceps. Also, that carpet substrate needs to go. Get some coco-fiber or peat moss.

It's not my spider, that guy's selling these spiders and don't know what they are... Might be the reason why they live like this.

If you look at the T its not missing legs. I think that may be from a torn up molt.
