Too small to tell, I believe C. cyaneopubescens are easier to ventral sex at 3".

Too small and image is not clear at all. Better wait till your T grows up and check one of her bigger molts. Apparently C. cyaneopubescens are difficult to sex ventrally.

Like the others said - even if the shot was clear, 1" is far too small to sex ventrally.
