Why would you want to clean the enclosure??? :wideyed:
    • spidey123
@Thekla there’s poo all over and dead crickets... starting to smell... also soon to be moldy cuz he likes to dump his water out

@spidey123 Wow! your Avic is crazy. I have never seen an Avic dump an on the ground water dish. My terrestrial T's do it all of the time and even my P. cam will do it. Your Avic is very naughty.

Dead crickets in the enclosure...that's a husbandry issue,on your part. How many do you
feed?.2 a month would be more than enough.Your leaving dead crickets in the T,s enclosure
      until they are smelling!!!.Their are T keepers,on AB,myself included,that have had enclosures set for 2 years or more.Im just...in amazement,really.

@spidey123 Sorry, but there really shouldn't be dead crickets starting to smell. As @mack1855 said, that's on you. ;)
Cleaning up the poo...? Well, yes, if it gets too nasty, I'd probably wipe down the glass where I can, but not for the sake of their web.
An Avic dumping out water from a water dish on the ground...? Never heard of that. That's really unusual. None of my Avics would touch the water unless they're drinking. Are you sure there aren't some strains of webbing wicking out the water?
Also, mould isn't an issue, but the stuffy conditions too much water in the soil could cause are.

@mack1855 when they die at the bottom and he has a web like that it’s basically impossible to reach them. i usually feed him 5 and he eats all of them but when he doesn’t they die. especially because he has been refusing food... when i gave him his normal 5 and he didn’t eat them, they died lol

@Dman not the whole dish but somehow every time he drinks he makes a mess haha
    • spidey123
@Thekla i’ll definitely try to get the dead ones out and it’s not like his whole enclosure smells, just a weird faint scent when you’re super close haha, thanks for the advice

update: must have been something else, i wiped down the sides of his enclosure and only found 2 or 3 dead crickets... no smell :) thanks for the help!!
