Yeah often sellers will keep the old names for a really long time because most people still remember that name. I was at Repticon a few months ago and their hamoriis were labelled as smithi. When I told them about the name change they said they knew about it but used the old name for that reason, but then I told them they could've just listed both names and they were like "why the heck didn't we think of that?"
