Not really. That dark spot looks weird. Usually you'd expect a light spot at this size in a male and the epigastric furrow looks too wide for a male, too. I'd tend to say female here, although that spot really is weird.
To my eye it looks like a plump male. I could be wrong though. Its clearly still young but the furrow shape and that dot are pointing me away from female.
