      There is a blurry area that looks like it might be spermathecae, but I would not be comfortable calling it from this image. Do you have a sharper image of the area in question?

      @Ungoliant I think you're right, actually. Very faint, but it seems like there are some there that match your image. Played around with it a bit in Lightroom and they seem to be somewhat more apparent. Still need a clearer photo to be more certain.
