Bi-colored ladybug

@Mirandarachnid yeah some are dark red some are orange some are split like that and we have some that have no spots too but the ones i saw that were split looked different colored than yours like it was molting or something. I wonder if the one you have is half male half female like some split colored bugs are. Theres a big word for it that i cant remember but lobsters can do it tarantulas can do it butterflies can do it lol google is amazing for looking at pics of them.
 
@SkittleBunny Yeah, I did some google work lol. This is the first half and half one I've seen. One person was guessing it may have been something that went wrong when it went from pupa to adult. My first thought was it was in the middle of molting, remembering how isopods molt one half of their body at a time, but I don't think adult ladybugs molt.
