B. sabulosum sex?
I'd highly lean towards female from this picture. Lungs are very wide and square, small gonoslit possibly, and no dot.
 
At that size, I'd guess male. Based on the squarish shape of the area between the lungs with a straight lower line, the bald looking spot where the fusillae will come in, and that tiny dark dot at the top of the fusillae area, then male is my guess.
