Araneus Spp.

I'm thinking an obvious Araneus Diadematus, but it's body shape doesn't look like a male to me,while the pedipalps look swollen. Anyone know what's going on here?
That is so much a dude you will need to contact Cuomo's lawyer.
TBH I seriously thought that was your finger holding it and I didn't want to be rude. It looks like Ichabod Crane's finger.

On Araneus Diadematus the emboli looks different from what i recall, and i've never seen a male with abdomen this large,as it was a female. So i thought something different's going on here. Unless this is actually not a A.Diadematus.

Haha i found him on a stick next to his web structure,he posed nicely higher up so i could grab a nice shot. I could see it why it looks like a finger LOL
