I'd normally say female...but that big blue spot looks weird and makes me question myself

That's what's throwing me off as well. I'm not sure if it's still a little sling color that's just stayed or what

My guess would be male. Wait for it to get a bit bigger. That blue dot is throwing me for a loop here...
