Looks female to me as well. do you have a shot from top where it's in a resting position? I raised these whey they were "ancylochira" and then male'a legs were noticeably thinner than the female around this size.
@grayzone I don't know that they are synonymous but I got 2 that were from Joe Rossi's stock and 1 from Jamie's Tarantula's stock...at the time they were being referred to as Ancylochira. I never raised any that were labeled as Sp. Tarapoto so I'm not sure. I think I've read in some posts that they were the same but I can't find it now.
I just picked up a merianae from a local show...so far it looks like a regular avic. but should start showing some of the adult coloring in the next couple molts.
