Wait for a molt

Spiderlings are fragile. Please dont pinch grab.

And as @Flexzone mentioned it is best to wait for moult

At this stage its just guessing, but id bet thats a girl.. dont hold me to that

Looks female, but he/she is really too small to be sure.
