Could be, but if those are isolated long hairs on the carapace, then its more likely Nhandu carapoensis. Those carapace hairs are a strong indication of Nhandu not Acanthoscurria. Really you need to get someone to look at the stridulating hairs between leg1 and palp, photo ID isnt going to get you the answer beyond doubtful.
