Here is another photo of the albicep

again, inconclusive, I lean male but again in the highlight area of the furrow I see a little hill. If the Double Bubble to the left of the top Right Book Lung is the center of the clock, look to 7 o clock. But @ the size it is, we shouldn't be struggling to see this so I am guessing it is illusory
