Try lighting from the other direction, but i'm pretty sure i'm seeing a prominent furrow. Females will have very lippy/ obvious epigastric furrows, especially as they get larger.
@ajremus88 you can add images in comments by hitting the little camera icon- it'll pull up your media gallery and you can select what image you want to add from it.
I saw the picture, unfortunately the focus is a bit off so I can't really say with any certainty. Still looks like it could be female though.
