Damn. Whoever you got that from apparently took the "feed sparingly" advice to the extreme. Poor thing. Is it a mature male by chance? I still don't have a better ID, though... Maybe Chilobrachys huahini (Asian fawn tarantula). The more I look, the more I think that's it.

I think its just barely 3". So far it hasn't eaten, but moved the superworm closer to the water dish. I housed it in a 32 oz deli cup for now. I hope it puts on some weight, at least!

I have a Chilobrachys guangxiensis I got as a mature male. He doesn't eat much and stayed skinny too.

It looks dehydrated. Chilobrachys are moisture dependant so make sure it has deep, moist substrate and access to water.

I just recieved it and rehoused it, it is drinking water now! Still hasnt eaten.

Chilobrachys huahini seems right. Ill add some substrate to its enclosure. It has been drinking water and webbing.

Thank you! I do not think it is matured yet. The abdomen doesnt have a chevron, so im leaning C. huahini. At any rate, its safe now and thats what counts!
