I'm thinking that this looks more like a male, but it's also very small. If you have a microscope, you could look at its next molt and see if you find anything. At this size, you might have to wait for a little while to know for sure. I'd also be wary of someone selling me a sexed sling at that size. It's possible to do, but can be difficult and requires a microscope.
I'd vote male as well. (I think i see a little black dot between the upper book lungs)
I have one that's a similar size to yours,and it looks completely different.
