Aphonopelma chalcodes about 3.5". I'm thinking female, can anyone confirm please? Would really appreciate any feedback, thank you! I also see little black things around the book lungs, is this normal or should I worry? Thank you for your time.
Definitely a female, but I have no idea what the black things are

Maybe clots? Does the tarantula look any different at that region in her new molt?
 
Could the black things just be rips in the fleshy material from her chewing on it or just tearing it?
