I purchased this as an Avicularia Metallica.. Looks an awful lot like a regular avic avic after getting it in the light. It's about 3" right now. Thoughts?
@Joseppi189 I agree with you, from this pic it does look an awful lot like a "regular" Avicularia avicularia or (morphotype #1) and not so much like an Avicularia avicularia (morphotype #6) aka hobby metallica.
 
@KezyGLA It's possible if the pic is misleading but I highly doubt it. Every "braunshauseni" I've owned or seen have hinds legs (III & IV) completely covered in red setae by adult coloration and not just on the metatarsi as you see on the "regular" Avicularia avicularia. Also, "braunshauseni" AFAIK are all captive bred and are quite rare here in the US compared to the "regular" and "metallica" which are imported by the thousands and sold to pet shops.
