2.5" L. Parahybana is that a flap?

It's really small which has me leaning male but definitely looks flappy.
Cool, previous molt had me so iffy, they have really small bits relative to their size.
It's not uncommon for the larger species to develop spermathecae more slowly relative to overall growth rate.
