Well, I'd say male, but the picture is way too blurry unfortunately to be sure.

If you don't have the means to get a sharper close-up picture of the area between the book lungs then try to find a flap with a toothpick or such yourself. Use a drop of water with a bit of dish soap to prevent rupturing the skin.

If there's a flap then it's definitely a female, if not then it's a male.
 
@Grayhamz Sorry, but maybe it's still too small to really see something. Wait for the next moult and try to get a good picture, just to make sure it's indeed a male. :)

I'd recommend getting a little USB microscope from Amazon. They don't cost much, but they come in really handy for sexing Ts. You can get pictures like these with them:
