1.0 Phormictopus sp. "green" (full green)

Young male P. sp. "green" that doesn't look so green right now. It has grown at an absolutely phenomenal rate, going from 1" DLS in April to 4" DLS today. Looking forward to seeing how it changes next time it molts.
Looks more like the purple variety
That's kind of what I was thinking, but I trust the guy I got it from. I suppose when you're slinging hundreds of slings they could get mixed up, though! It's pretty either way, and gives me an excuse to get another one - you know, just to compare!

Mistakes happen. If it does turn out to be purple, notify the seller and be like it’s all good, but you owe me a discount on my next purchase.

Does look similar to my Phormic sp. Purple when she was young.. But they have such dramatic changes with each molt, I wouldn't be surprised if those femurs turned green at the next molt.

This is true, and I've not been able to find many pics of them in this juvenile stage to compare with, so I just wanted to put it out there for others to see.
