zelda themed enclosure?

I've been thinking when my slings get bigger it would be really cool to make a legend of zelda dungeon themed enclosure, with the spider obviously being a skultula now I was wondering about ideas. I think "stone" steps would be cool,what kind of safe material could I use to craft the steps and some of the objects? Would love ideas, like how to make LOZ like clay pots, etc.

Styrofoam covered with grout, one can even buy resins to make molds of natural formations from nature. There's tons of things one can make. I would google up on Youtube the many vids on herp hides/homes etc. There's a lot of info, some people even sell their creations on Etsy.
