I swear there was a thread just like this but I can't seem to find it anywhere so (unless someone can linkcme to it!)... I'm just curious as to how many T's my fellow new collectors have. Like how long have you been in the hobby and how many you own, how many different species? For myself as soon as I started it was like opening an eight legged can of Pringles and if my budget allowed I would have many more.
But here goes mine :)

About 6 months into the hobby and here I am
0.0.1 Avicularia versicolor
0.1.2 Brachypelma vagans
0.0.2 Brachypelma albopilosum
0.0.1 Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens
0.0.1 Euathlus sp. Red
0.1.0 Thrixopelma ockerti

And I'm dying for more!

It's been a bit over two years, and I have about 30 species under my belt. Not sure how many individuals, probably around 50, give or take. I'm certain that I'm missing some, but here are the species I've kept. I won't even begin to take the time to list out how many of each sex, because I'd like to sleep tonight.

G. porteri
G. rosea
P. irminia
C. cyaneopubescens
N. coloratovillosus
L. parahybana
T. stirmi
H. maculata
P. striata
H. sp. "Columbia"
C. andersoni
C. fimbriatus
C. darlingi
B. vagans
H. incei
A. chalcodes
A. avicularia
E. truculentus
E. sp. "Green Femur"
B. albopilosum
A. geniculata
M. robustum
B. emilia

What I will say is that this hobby is incredibly addicting. I couldn't even really explain why, but it is. It fits my work and school schedule so perfectly that I doubt I'll ever really move on from it. It is absolutely a long term goal of mine to supplement my income by breeding these creatures.

You have some of my favorite species! Good ship you got there, mate. The genic is one of the most aggressive terrestrial T's you'll ever have when it's dinner time. I sure hope you have a pair of tongs ;)

Sure do! Whole reason I got one was for experience with a feisty T. :D

I haven't been in terribly long at all but I have:
0.0.2 a. Brocklehursti
1.0.0 avic avic
1.0.1 b. Albopilosum
2.1.0 b. Boehmei
0.0.1 b smithi
0.0.1 C. Cyanopubescens
1.1.0 g. So "northern gold"
0.0.4 g pulchripes (people keep sending me these as freebies lol)
0.1.0 h. Himalyana
0.1.0 l. Parahybana
0.0.1 P fasciata
0.0.1 P hanumavillasumica
0.0.2 P metalica
0.0.1 P rufilata (I used to pronounce this rufie-a-lata so this ones name is "Alan" from the hangover)
1.1.0 P striata
0.0.4 P subfusca HL (communal)
0.0.3 p irminia
1.0.0 P. Murinus (matured this morning)
0.0.1 x. Immanis

I hit the ground running and pulled in a lot of specimens very quickly and kept going. This summer my boehmei males should both mature as well as my striata. And I'll be loaning out my P. Murinus or buying a female if I can find one.

So I'll have a P striata, b boehemi, P murinus, and g. Sp "northern gold" projects all going on this summer.

Hopefully will have at least one success to cover the cost of all these beasties :D
